Who we are

Affiliate Automated (“we”) runs this member site for our TikTok Shop affiliate course. [to be confirmed by Affiliate Automated: company legal name and address].

What we hold about you

  • Your account: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, including us.
  • Your profile: the details you choose to add, such as your phone number, time zone, photo, TikTok username and how many accounts you run.
  • Your membership: which plan you are on, and the date your agreement was signed.
  • What you post and send: community posts, direct messages, reactions, and videos or links you send in for review.
  • Your progress: which roadmap steps and lessons you have finished, and the calls you joined.
  • Coaching notes: notes your accountability coach keeps about where you are, what you told them about your situation (including money matters you choose to share), and what to work on next.
  • Your sales numbers: the TikTok Shop sales figures we receive for your account from Growi, our sales-data partner.
  • Payment plan records: the amounts and dates of your instalments that our team records. This site does not store card numbers.
  • Refund or payment-dispute records, if any, including which payment company handled the payment.
  • Your answers to our short check-in surveys, and your entries in Arenas and giveaways.
  • Your Hourly profile, if you make one: your handle, hourly rate and the kinds of products you cover.
  • Who invited you, if you joined through another member’s link, and the link you share.
  • Reports other members make about your posts or profile, and any suspension of your account.
  • Call recordings: see “Calls” below.
  • Questions you ask Affiliate Automated AI, and its answers.
  • Notification settings: if you allow notifications, your browser gives us an address we use to send them to that device.

How we use it

To run your account and the course: show you your plan, let your accountability coach help you, send you reminders and notifications, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information.

Calls

Calls with your accountability coach and group calls may be recorded and transcribed. Our staff can see the recordings, transcripts and summaries. Paid members who joined a group call can watch its recording. For Affiliate Automated AI, we turn group-call recordings into written notes with members’ names taken out.

Who else handles it

These service providers handle your information for us:

  • Supabase: stores the data, handles login and sends our emails.
  • Resend: sends our emails once it is switched on.
  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • OpenAI: writes Affiliate Automated AI’s answers and turns call recordings into written notes, so your questions and call transcripts are sent to it.
  • Zoom: runs the live calls.
  • Fathom: records and transcribes calls.
  • close.com: our sales team’s records, including your payment plan.
  • Zapier and Make: move your sign-up and payment details between these services.
  • Growi: gives us your TikTok Shop sales numbers.
  • Payment companies (such as PayPal, Affirm and Payful): take your payments. We keep only the records described above.
  • The service we use to sign the paid-plan agreement: holds the signed copy.
  • Giphy: when you search for a GIF, your search words go to Giphy.
  • TikTok: we look up TikTok video links you share, to show a cover picture.
  • Account sellers: if you message a vetted seller, the chat happens inside this site. The seller sees your name and what you write, and our team can read the chat too.

Who can see what

Other members see what you post in the community, your name and photo, any of your videos a coach picks for the winning-video library, and your team’s standings in Arenas. Your accountability coach and our staff can see your progress, coaching notes and messages to them. Our admins can also see the questions you ask Affiliate Automated AI. Other members cannot see your private details, progress or coaching notes.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you logged in, and one to remember that you closed the “install the app” banner. Your browser also remembers small display choices, such as whether you view calls as a list or a calendar. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Where it is stored

Our database is in the United States.

Your choices

You can turn off the Daily Dial reminder emails in Settings, under Notifications, or with the link at the bottom of any reminder email. Phone notifications can be switched off in the same place, for each device. You can change your profile in Settings at any time. To get a copy of your information, or to have your account closed and your information deleted: if you are on a paid plan, message your accountability coach; anyone can also email [to be confirmed by Affiliate Automated: contact email]. Some records, such as signed agreements and payment records, may need to be kept.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
